The BMW 3 Series 330i is a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol sedan with an automatic gearbox, sitting in the upper-mid range of the 3 Series lineup. The engine delivers strong, linear power that feels confident on motorways and responsive enough in city traffic, though in Lahore or Karachi stop-and-go conditions you can expect fuel consumption in the 7-9 km/l range. The ZF-sourced automatic transmission shifts smoothly and suits daily driving well without feeling sluggish.
In Pakistan, the 3 Series has a reasonable presence in major cities, and authorised dealerships along with several specialist workshops in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad carry parts and have trained technicians. That said, parts costs are noticeably higher than Japanese alternatives, and grey-market imports mean service history can be inconsistent. Cooling system components, suspension bushings, and electronic sensors are the items to inspect carefully on any used example.
