Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CarDeal.pk ("the Platform"), operated by Vanguard Ventures Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CarDeal.pk is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles (cars, bikes, and other vehicles) in Pakistan. We provide a platform for listing, searching, and communicating about vehicles. We do not own, sell, or buy any vehicles ourselves.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person may only create one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Vehicle Listings

  • All vehicle information in listings must be accurate and truthful.
  • You must be the legal owner or authorized representative to list a vehicle.
  • Listings for stolen vehicles, vehicles with undisclosed damage, or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our policies.
  • Prices should be listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and reflect the genuine asking price.

5. Dealer Accounts

Dealers must apply for a dealer account and may be subject to verification. Dealer subscription plans have specific terms regarding listing limits, featured ads, and other features as described on the pricing page. Dealers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Use the Platform to harass, spam, or deceive other users.
  • Attempt to manipulate search results, reviews, or ratings.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the Platform without permission.
  • Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

7. Transactions

CarDeal.pk facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All vehicle purchases and sales are between the buyer and seller directly. We strongly recommend that buyers inspect vehicles in person, verify documentation, and conduct due diligence before making any purchase.

8. Payments & Fees

Certain features, such as dealer subscriptions, featured ads, and bump ads, require payment. Payments are processed through our supported payment methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the intellectual property of AutoDekho. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

CarDeal.pk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from vehicle transactions, inaccurate listings, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and any remaining subscription period will be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
