The Stepwgn Spada is the sportier-looking trim of Honda's popular family minivan, distinguished by its more aggressive front fascia compared to the standard Stepwgn. Under the hood sits a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine paired with a CVT, which gives it enough pull for a vehicle this size. In Pakistani city traffic expect somewhere in the 10-13 km/l range depending on AC use and load. The CVT keeps things smooth in stop-and-go conditions, though it is not the most engaging drive — it is built for comfort and practicality over driving feel.
The Stepwgn is a Japanese-market import, so parts availability is more limited than mainstream local-assembled vehicles. Mechanics familiar with Honda turbo engines exist in larger cities like Karachi and Lahore, but smaller towns may struggle. At this age, check the CVT fluid condition, turbo boost lines, and cabin AC performance. Resale is decent in the imported minivan segment but narrower than Toyota Voxy or Noah due to lower overall volumes in Pakistan.
How 1.5 Turbo Spada compares to the rest of the lineup.
