In Pakistani city driving, real-world range on the standard battery typically falls in the 150-200 km bracket depending on AC use and traffic, while the e+ variants can push closer to 250-300 km on a charge. The motor delivers instant torque, making it genuinely responsive in stop-and-go Lahore or Karachi traffic.

Parts and specialist EV mechanics are still limited outside major cities, so ownership works best if you have access to a reliable importer or EV workshop. Battery health on older units is the key thing to check — Leaf batteries degrade over cycles and Pakistani heat accelerates this. CHAdeMO fast charging infrastructure is sparse, so most owners rely on home charging overnight. Resale is active in the used-import market but values depend heavily on battery state of health.

The Leaf suits a buyer who does predictable daily city commutes, has home charging available, and wants to cut fuel costs significantly. The honest limitation is that long-distance intercity travel requires careful planning given limited public charging. Higher trims like e+ X add heated seats and ProPilot assist, which are useful features but less critical in the Pakistani context.
