It runs a 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing modest power, suited to relaxed highway cruising and city commuting. The engine is not particularly sporty but pulls adequately at low revs. The gearbox, whether manual or automatic, is generally smooth enough for daily use, though the automatic variant can feel sluggish under hard acceleration.
