The Subaru Impreza 2.0i-S is the top trim of the Impreza lineup, built around a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated boxer engine paired with a CVT. The boxer layout sits low in the chassis and gives the car a balanced feel, though the engine is more relaxed than sporty in everyday driving. The CVT is smooth in city traffic and keeps revs low on the motorway, which helps fuel economy, though expect roughly 8-11 km/l in Lahore or Karachi stop-and-go conditions given the engine size and AWD system running constantly.
Subaru has a smaller but dedicated following in Pakistan, and that is where buyers need to be realistic. Genuine parts are not as freely available as Toyota or Honda equivalents, and fewer mechanics are deeply familiar with the boxer engine or the Symmetrical AWD system. Servicing costs can be higher, and sourcing parts often means importing or relying on specialist dealers in major cities. Resale is slower compared to Japanese mainstream brands, and the market for this variant is limited mostly to Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi.
